Advice and Planning

• Research of cruises, resort packages and/or land tours in accordance to desired vacation.
• Reviewing availability and pricing, then presenting up to 3 or more options in detailed written comparisons.
• Providing detailed destination and ship guides to help in making decisions and travel tips to make your vacation a success.

• Completely open and ongoing communication in answering all your questions while offering our knowledge and experience.

Booking Reservation

• Securing of all reservations for your requested cruise, tour, or resort reservations with full attention to detail.
• Processing required deposit directly to travel supplier.  No payments are made to Cruise Planners.
• Monitoring of deadlines and payment due dates for all components of your trip.
• With cruise bookings, we monitor current cruise fares for any possible price reductions prior to final payment.
• Assist with any pre and post cruise travel plans.
• Pre-book shore excursions or destinations tours when advisable and possible.
• Access to our MY TRIPS smart phone App to enhance your anticipation of travel and, in some cases, make budgeted payments directly.
• We are always available for emergency contact while you are traveling

Traveling with Assurance

• We will assist and document any changes/cancellations that may be required for any reservations we made for you. Changes may be subject to additional supplier fees.
• Advice and booking of Travel Insurance to protect your investment and medical needs while out of the country.
• Notification of new safety protocols and monitoring of destination travel restrictions. We are always available for emergency contact while you are traveling
• We will be here for you BEFORE, DURING and AFTER your trip!

At Salty Breeze Cruise Planners, we have kept the traditional travel agent business model. We get paid commission from the travel suppliers and, in spite of the devastating pandemic; we still do not charge any additional service fees, with the exception of non-packaged airline tickets.  Many travel agencies have started to charge consulting and change fees. At this time we are trying to encourage the restart of travel and will do all we can for our clients, who may have also had a difficult year, to get that much needed vacation in 2021 or 2022.
