So you have just been elected by your family to plan the next reunion because "you are just so organized".  Now you don't know where to start and you are terrified that Aunt Martha will suggest "why dear, you could just have it at your house."

Many people plan a city or resort location for the family to travel to but issues can arise from the beginning.  What city is the most convenient for all the family to meet at?  The middle of nowhere might not be ideal for a family reunion. Okay then maybe somewhere warm?  What about Orlando? Good choice you are thinking.

So now you are an hour from the closest Casino so cousin Betty will be leaving the reunion daily to set her butt at the slot machine.  You think planning a day at the water park will be great for the kids but will the idea make Great Grandma get her bikini on?  Uncle Bob needs handicap accessible travel so will the hotel offer what he needs to participate?  Sister in law Jill is a real pain to plan for because she must work out like a fanatic every morning and go to the spa to be pampered. Your Mom really wants to just relax in a corner with a good book and your Dad, being an old army guy, wants to get out and visit all the historical tourist attractions.  By now you are thinking you just want to find a bar stool!

So why didn't you think of a cruise?  Cruises are a fantastic place for a family reunion because every ship offers something for all ages and interests.  What the ship does not offer the ports and shore excursions do.  Betty can sit at the casino, Jill can work out and spa, kids can play in the water slides, Great Grandma can sit and sip tea (or whatever she like to sip) while chatting with a new friend she met at bingo on board, Mom can read in the library and Dad can do that shore excursion. Cousin Bob can even go with him because the travel agent can make arrangements for his special needs. And you can relax.

The great thing is that after all the fun of the day is over you can gather in the dining room for a family dinner and share your happy moments. The cruise line will accommodate your group so that everyone has exactly what they wish to eat and still have time to take in a show together or do a little shopping on board.  Oh and don't forget that the Kid's Programs can give all the parents a wonderful break and some me time.

Cruises! So easy to plan.  So convenient by paying the majority of the cost of the reunion before you ever leave home. So less stressful that you do not have to plan the activities for each day. So hassle free that you booked transfers from the airport even.  So glad you called Salty breeze Cruise Planners to take care of booking your Family Reunion Cruise!
